If you're a complete beginner, I recommend starting right at the beginning, HERE. 

After going through the introduction and learning some hiragana and katakana, I recommend checking out our new Japanese Pronunciation Mini-Course, as soon as possible, so that you can avoid some common pronunciation pitfalls that many new learners run into. 

If you've already finished Genki 1, then before  starting the Genki 2 Course, I recommend checking out the IMMERSION COURSE for Genki 1, and getting some practice with real Japanese!

Don't feel like studying grammar or vocabulary just yet? Why not check out some kanji, in the ToKini Kanji Course where we aim to simplify the process of learning what is usually scary for many students. You can start this course at ANY time.

You could even join a Study Group if you need some extra motivation. 

As of August 2024, we are currently working on a major update to the JLPT N5 kanji deck. 

We are also nearly finished with a complete JLPT N5 Vocabulary flashcard deck and Dictionary/Course page! 

Finally, we are very nearly finished with a HUGE Japanese Kana video and course page, where we will be teaching Hiragana and Katakana TOGETHER (for example: あ and ア at the same time). 

ALL of this content should be ready for release by the end of August or early in September. 

After that, we will continue working hard on the JLPT N4 Kanji deck, and on new MEETUPS within The ToKini かぞく Community Page, where Yuki and I will get on video chat to do some fun activities with YOU.

Before upgrading to, or downgrading from, an annual membership, it is imperative that you cancel your current membership, and wait for your membership period to end.
